Job summary

We are seeking a Scheduling Assistant to join our team at 360 Behavioral Health. As a Scheduling Assistant, you will play a key role in maximizing client service delivery while supporting our administrative and clinical teams. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow their scheduling expertise in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. You will be responsible for maintaining service utilization above 90%, tracking permanent schedules for assigned clients, and coordinating make-up sessions and reschedules as needed.
