- Verify product accuracy and box counts prior to loading
- Organize warehouse and yard inventory efficiently
- Maintain clean and orderly warehouse space
- Complete all required paperwork accurately
- Restock materials as needed
- Coordinate communication with Inventory, Operations, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Accounting
- Perform general warehouse maintenance duties
- Load delivery trucks accurately and safely
- Confirm box counts before departure and at time of unloading
- Deliver product to customers and job sites in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure deliveries are accurate and complete
- Take clear, professional photos at each delivery drop
- Obtain required delivery confirmations
- Any available company truck may be assigned for use
- Maintain truck cleanliness (interior and exterior)
- Perform basic daily vehicle checks (fuel, fluids, tires, lights)
- Report any damage, mechanical issues, or safety concerns immediately within the same shift
- Operate forklift and warehouse equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
