Description:

About the Role: Join our team at American Digital Security as a Dispatcher where you will be responsible for dispatching, scheduling, and closing service calls to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. You will work within a call center environment utilizing a mix of common and company-specific procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt and friendly customer service to both internal and external clients
Communicate effectively with technicians and different departments through email, text, and phone
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages to complete service calls and sales tasks
Utilize ServiceM8 software to log all service calls and installations, ensuring proper scheduling and customer updates
Address customer inquiries regarding service, billing, and installations
Conduct outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
Resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently
Assist in organizing service parts and maintaining inventory
Monitor technicians' time entries and paperwork accuracy
Track technicians using GPS system when necessary
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the management team

Work Environment:
This position is based in a professional office setting with standard full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexibility for extended hours and weekend shifts may be required. The role may occasionally involve standing, walking, or lifting up to 20 pounds of office supplies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in customer service or dispatch role
