    Description

    Are you a professional with a keen eye for detail and a love for ensuring products comply with regulations? If so, the team at Simply Good Foods wants you!

    As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will play a vital role in our R&D department, making sure our Quest and Atkins brands meet all national and international laws. You'll collaborate with various teams to guarantee compliance and help introduce new products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create regulatory paperwork for new products in the US and worldwide.
    • Check and endorse product labels and promotional content to meet regulations.
    • Establish compliance procedures for onboarding products and vendors, site merchandising, and marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct studies and offer strategic regulatory guidance for product enhancements.

    Requirements:

    • BS/BA in a Scientific Field (Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or similar).
    • Minimum 2 years of regulatory experience in CPG (Preferably Food & Beverage or Nutrition).
    • Practical experience with product compliance and third-party certifications (e.g., Kosher, GMO).
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems independently and in teams.
