- Provide outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status and other relevant issues.
- Assist customers in selecting the right merchandise, offering expert advice and recommendations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock management tasks.
- Conduct disassembly and assembly of hydraulic hoses as required.
- Load orders into vehicles by hand and using forklifts and hand trucks.
- To deliver excellent customer service, this role may require occasional weekend and after-hours work.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Parts knowledge and computer proficiency are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive and/or equipment parts cataloging and sales is a plus.
- Prior experience in a parts counter role.
- Deep understanding of the industries we serve.
