    HR Generalist (Bilingual-Spanish)


    MBC Companies, a manufacturer and distributor of frozen food products located in the US is currently seeking a HR Generalist.


    Duties:

    • Acts as day-to-day liaison with employees for payroll-related processing. Responds to employee inquiries and takes appropriate action utilizing ADP Workforce Now to ensure timely review and resolution of issues.
    • Provides Spanish translations as needed
    • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
    • Supports employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
