Seeking for Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

We are looking for licensed mental health providers to join our rapidly growing counselor network. We have been actively recruiting for diverse counselors including

LMFT, LCSW, LPCC

or similar credentials to meet the needs of our client population.

We equip mental health professionals with the tools and resources they need to reach their career goals.

The Role:

100% remote full-time or part-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

You will provide assessment and treatment services to

stable, low acuity adults

who present with a wide range of mental health needs. Our goal is to assist individuals by helping them develop the necessary skills to improve their quality of life.


Job Responsibilities:
Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via video chat
Use solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
Develop effective and individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients
Help clients develop insights into their experience, feelings, and relationships
Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan, and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms

Requirements

Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health-related fields
An active license as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license. (We are not able to accept interns or therapists with limited permit who require supervision to provide individual therapy.)
A successful candidate will be independent in scheduling established clients, and case management, and will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Absolutely no disciplinary actions on your license

Benefits


Benefits:
Full-time counselors in this role can expect to make from $115,000 to $130,000 a year.
Counselors who work full-time are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend
100% remote, flexible schedule
