    We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be the face of U-Haul's exceptional service, ensuring customers receive the help they need throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and maintaining equipment, assisting customers, and using technology to dispatch and return equipment.

    This role offers on-the-job education and training, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge. You will have the opportunity to participate in our continuous education program through U-Haul University.

    • Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.

    Requirements:
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    Work Environment:
    The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions when working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing or gear may be required.
