Test Strategy Development:

• Robust Testing Strategy: Clearly, define the testing strategy for the entire modernization project, covering all aspects.
• Test Plans and Scripts: Develop detailed test plans and scripts ensuring comprehensive coverage of features and functionalities.

Automation Implementation:

• Automated Test Plans: Design and implement automated test plans to streamline testing processes.
• Azure DevOps: Utilize Azure DevOps for test automation, aligning with project objectives and timelines.

Coordination:

• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align testing activities with project goals.

Quality Assurance and Control:

• Oversee Testing Phases: Oversee all testing phases to ensure software quality and compliance with specifications.
• Defect Tracking: Manage defect tracking and resolution processes to maintain high software reliability.

Performance and Stress Testing:

• Plan and Execute: Plan and execute performance and stress tests to evaluate system stability and scalability.
• Analysis: Analyze test results and provide insights for system enhancements and optimizations.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, results, and metrics.
• Regular Reporting: Regularly report on testing progress, challenges, and outcomes to project stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Assess and Improve: Continuously assess testing processes and tools for potential improvements.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of new testing methodologies and technologies for enhanced efficiency.

Additional Duties:

• Test Case Creation: Create detailed, comprehensive test cases based on project requirements.
• Test Data Management: Manage and generate test data representative of real-world scenarios.
• Environment Setup: Set up and maintain test environments mimicking production environments.
• Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and report bugs using bug tracking tools.
• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers, troubleshoot issues, and refine the product based on test findings.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to assess application behavior under various conditions.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Azure DevOps Expertise: Extensive experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Test Management Knowledge: Experience and knowledge of Test Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Influence and Leadership: Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
• Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
