    What youll do:
    • Manage pricing and purchase agreements for OEM and Finescope orders received, shipments, inventory quantities, and order points for distributors.
    • Oversee the Sales Administration Coordinator, learn the role, cross train, and automate the job functions.
    • Oversee the Product Coordinator with product inductions, special quotes, compliance issues, and order entry.
    • Develop the position and oversee GSA Coordinator, outlining job responsibilities and goals.
    • Develop the position and oversee E-Commerce Coordinator, outlining job strategies and goals.
    • Review accuracy of distributor websites, add products and monitor for counterfeits.
    • Assist in the Marketing department with promotions, portal initiatives, price lists and image management.
    • Maintain databases to assist internal and external customers with sales efforts.
    • Support Precision Tool Sales Representatives to improve sales of Distributed Products.

    Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for managing employees engaged in sales and sales support activities for small tools. Hire, train, assist employees, enforce company policies, resolve ordinary difficulties, establish performance standards, and evaluate employee performance.

    Work Environment: Office Environment.

    Physical Demands: The person in this position occasionally needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Monday Friday 8:30 am 5:00 pm

    Travel: There is no travel associated with this position.

    Required Education and Experience

    Four-year degree or equivalent job-related work experience. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
