HR Coordinator, 77032$26.00-$28.00
Direct Hire
Duties
Coordinates recruiting and staffing
Ensures timely approval of timecards in payroll system
Assist with new hire onboarding process
Conducts Company orientation of new hire employees
Responsible for employee's complete and accurate submission of all required paperwork during initial hiring phase
Serves as point of contact for general HR matters for all employees in the area (e
g:
payroll, recruitment and staffing and benefit administration
Responsible for submitting to Corporate's HR department personnel changes on a timely matter (e
g:
leave of absence, salary changes, transfers, terminations, resignations, address changes, etc.)
Responsible for ensuring the use of accurate versions of HR related documents
Responsible for submitting monthly employee PTO balance report to Corporate HR Department
General HR administrative duties, i.e., copying, faxing, filing, distributing correspondence and mail, typing correspondence and courier documents as required
Assist with other areas and incoming projects as needed and directed
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
A minimum of 2 years working in a HR related position is required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in manipulating data to generate reports and presentations
Specific HR Benefits terminology and an understanding of benefit plans and processes
Knowledge of general payroll terminology and characteristics of payroll processes
