    ADON:


    Your primary role is to assist the Director of Nursing toplan, direct, and evaluate total nursing care and functions for the nursingdepartment.

    Your leadership style sets the tone for the community ensuring thehighest degree of quality resident-directed care is maintained at all times.


    Who we are looking for:


    The ADON will be able to demonstrate composure, customerfocus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport withresidents and your team.

    You must have at least 1-year experience supervisingand leading a nursing team including planning and directing resident-centeredcare and motivating your team to want to do their best.

    You will also be agraduate of an accredited college of Nursing and be a Licensed RN in the Stateof Colorado with a current BLS certification.

    Pay Range:
    From $89,000-$110,000 annually.
