    About the Role

    As a Senior Software Engineer you will be a key part of the team building the software that transforms how hardware engineering and manufacturing companies operate - end-to-end. You will lead the development of one of our platform's core modules - Supply Chain OS.

    About You

    You are an experienced, entrepreneurial engineer who prefers to work (and ship) at a high velocity. You are able to lead cross-functional teams from product idea to customer deployment. You value the team above yourself or any individual. You love interfacing with customers to understand their pain points at a molecular level. And your rate of learning and iteration is unmatched.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Become an expert on end-to-end hardware engineering and manufacturing operations by meeting with customers, touring their facilities, and more.
    • Rapidly develop high quality software that consistently exceeds customer expectations - contributing to both frontend and backend code.
    • Lead the end-to-end software development efforts required to deliver products to our customers - from product roadmapping, to engineering, and customer support.
    • Partner with key team members across Design, Engineering, and Business
    • Development to provide key input on early/critical product and infrastructure decisions.
    • Contribute to any and all challenges that arise from being a scrappy, early-stage startup (i.e., wear many hats).

    What You'll Need

    • [Required] - Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience
    • [Required] - Demonstrated mastery in programming languages such as: JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, React, Python, Rust
    • [Required] - Demonstrated success efficiently and effectively driving complex engineering developments from 0 to 1
    • [Required] - B.S. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
    • [Required] - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • [Preferred] - Familiarity with developing desktop applications (Windows)
    • [Preferred] - Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and/or MES systems and underlying hardware engineering and manufacturing processes
