    Expro Group are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager to join the Midstream team based in Houston, Tx.
    Overall Purpose of the JobTo maximise sales revenue and profitability within area of responsibility. Effective analysis of the market place to gain knowledge of client and competitor information.

    Develop a sales plan for area of responsibility and when approved delver to team to achieve maximum success at the tender stage.

    To ensure response in a timely manner to all ITT's received for area of responsibility. Ensure total compliance with all company policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
    Key Activities and Accountabilities1. Develop strategy, tactics, sales plan and profit targets for area of responsibility2.

    Disseminate to sales team the sales plan with their targets and objectives and give guidance and mentoring if required to enable achievement of targets3.

    Ensure active contact with existing and new clients is being undertaken and feedback given to allow review of status of contracts or potential growth.4.

    Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to develop future growth5. Perform or coordinate presentations and seminars to clients to enhance customer understanding and develop relationships6. Provide input to all key tender documents and information on pricing and response strategy7. Maintain understanding of technology developments within the industry and disseminate the information to clients and internal parties8.

    Compile accurate market share statistics and ensure Salesforce is updated and also prepare any reports such as sales activity as per schedule9.

    Liaise with internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all information is circulated as appropriate also client questions and queries are resolved in a timely manner.

    Liaise with manager on any issues or concernsJob Knowledge and Qualifications1. Hold a Professional Qualification preferably in a Technical area2. 12+ years work experience within Technical or Sales role preferably in line with a company product line3.
