- Supports the Bartender in delivering exceptional service to guests, by mixing and serving drinks, as needed.

- Minimum Qualifications
- 21 years of age.
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration, Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card, Non-gaming card, Health card and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- 1 year of experience as a bartender or barback.
- Must be familiar with domestic and import beers, different types of wine, brand name spirits, and garnishments including proper cutting method.
- Knowledge of correct cleaning chemicals for barware, in accordance with OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
- Must be able to demonstrate superior customer service skills by presenting a friendly, relaxed and professional demeanor, ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail while meeting business demands.
- Knowledge and understanding of Alcohol Awareness training to include sale or service of alcohol.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Lift or carry 50 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
