    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate

    Physical Therapist (PT)

    to provide high-quality rehabilitative care.

    The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

    Responsibilities

    Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings

    Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function

    Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

    Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

    Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies

    Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

    Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment

    Qualifications

    Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program

    Current Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment

    Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

    Previous clinical experience preferred

    LLC Job ID # Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
