Job summary
Wallflower is seeking a highly experienced Head of Design Merchandising & Product Development to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle. This role owns design vision merchandising strategy SKU planning calendar execution fabric and production oversight and retail performance with a strong focus on serving Kohl s superstore chains e.g Meijer and off price partners such as TJX.The ideal candidate combines creative leadership with deep technical and retail knowledge understands the nuances of multiple retail channels and knows how to build product that performs across full price replenishment and off price environments.
