    Job Description Summary


    Responsible for developing and supporting mobile applications based on complex or corporate business needs, having moderate financial effect on business operations.

    Highly creative and analytical independent senior developer with very strong experience in Mobile applications development/support.

    Job Responsibilities

    Creates / reviews detailed designs and specifications, and participate in developing project estimates, schedule, and commitments.
    Provides recommendations regarding platform construction and purchasing of products to support complex or corporate business needs. Works with a solution architecture for high-level design
    Constructs and tests complex application logic
    Develops / creates / modifies application code on processes that have moderate effect on business operations, or significant effect on processes specific to a particular department
    Performs the more complex detailed design/code/test quality reviews for components.
    Performs mitigation and resolution activities for critical production failures
    Plans and executes implementation; oversee implementation of moderate to complex application into production.
    Interfaces with clients to clarify requirements, researches problems, answers less routine questions, and develops solutions to problems. Escalates as required

    Researches, identifies and recommends technical and operational improvements resulting in improved reliability and/or efficiencies in maintaining and/or developing the application.

    Evaluates technical aspects of open work requests with Project manager.

    Basic Education And/or Experience Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of experience in application development and maintenance.
    At least 5 years of experience with software programming languages, coding standards.
    At least 5 years of experience with developing and design
    At least 2+ years working with iOS Swift, Android, Kotlin (continuously updating to the latest stable versions),
    Declarative UI frameworks:
    SwiftUI, Jetpack compose

    Basic Qualifications

    Knowledge of technical design process and models.
    Enhance user experience and performance of 2 native mobile applications (Android and IOS) with independent codebases using respective native languages
    App distribution pipeline for beta testing and QA with Google Firebase Distribution and/or Bitrise
    Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, Waterfall)
    Experience using analytical skills, tools and techniques to investigate information and to draw conclusions.

    Native languages:
    iOS Swift, Android Kotlin (continuously updating to the latest stable versions)

    Declarative UI frameworks:
    SwiftUI , Jetpack compose

    Enhance user experience and performance of 2 native mobile applications (Android and IOS) with independent codebases using respective native languages.

    Deployment on Google Play (Android & IOS) and App Store (iOS).
    Familiarity with SOLID design principles, MVVM architecture and Data driven UI, using reactive principles (Combine, LiveData / Flows)

    Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR Master's Degree in IT or Computer Science
    Homogeneity and parity (patterns, naming conventions, etc) between Android/IOS codebase
    App distribution pipeline for beta testing and QA with Google Firebase Distribution and/or Bitrise
    Diagnostic system to monitor app stability (crashes) and performance

    Due to some state pay transparency laws, below is the minimum pay for the position:


    Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

    Minimum pay is $87,
