    FirstFour Staffing has partnered with a reputable payroll company that is in need of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mobile, Alabama.

    ****This is an onsite role and cannot be performed remotely.

    SUMMARY

    The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English & Spanish and will have strong interpersonal communication skills. They will be detail oriented with the ability to multitask while assisting clients with exceptional customer service.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer multi-line phone system & greet walk-ins.
    • Ensure documentation is completed for new hire onboarding & reprint W2s as needed.
    • Redirect customers to the pertinent department, if needed.
    • Defer to management in instances of uncertainty.
    • Monitor call and mail histories.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bilingual; English & Spanish
    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
    • Outgoing personality, ability to communicate well and build professional relationships.
    • Proven experience as a customer service representative, customer support representative, or similar.
    • Experience using both languages in a professional capacity is preferred.
    • Exceptional verbal communication skills in both specified languages.
    • Computer literate.
    • Ability to craft professional emails.
    • Active listening skills and attention to minutiae.
    • Professional, courteous, and forbearing.
    • Well-groomed and neat in appearance.
