Program Manager/Civil Engineer

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Program Manager/Civil Engineer to work in the Crystal City,Virginia area. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical and professional engineering support to the Army Housing Program to respond to the growing need for quality affordable housing and barracks for Soldiers and Families.

Job Requirements

Lead 2-4 person team delivering expertise and analysis specifically focused on:

• Engineering, Analysis and Research
• Inventory/Real Property/Facility Investment
• Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Budget Estimate Submission (BES)

Basic Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Engineering
• At least ten (10) years of experience in facilities engineering, master planning and database management. Individual shall function as the senior manager directing the Engineering Program
• Must be (1) a Registered Professional Engineer, and (2) Either Energy Manager certified, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified.
• Knowledge and familiarity with OACSIM business systems

Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with Secret security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.
