    Summary

    The Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care under supervision of RN, APRN or physician.



    Responsibilities:

    1. Ensures health, comfort and safety of residents.
      2. Technical Support:To healthcare professionals needed- providing documentation resident interactions outcomes related resident care medication behavior activity dietary.
