    Role Description

    This is a full-time Outside Sales Representative role with McGill Hospitality. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with clients, delivering sales presentations, providing excellent customer service, and developing new business opportunities. The person for this role needs to reside in the Seattle, WA region with the ability to travel to Oregon, Reno and Tahoe, Nevada regularly.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve sales goals by outside and inside sales to end users and dealer clients.
    • Follow up on factory leads diligently to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
    • Deliver engaging elevator pitches to key clients and prospects to spark interest and build rapport.
    • Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients, focusing on building a robust network of key accounts.
    • Use product samples, literature, and budget proposals to present new product ideas to end users.
    • Maintain a detailed pipeline report to track project progress and meet sales targets.
    • Stay current with our product range and industry trends to support sales efforts.

    Qualifications

    • Must love eating at fun restaurants, traveling abroad for factory tours and talking with interesting people
    • Comfortable giving sales presentations
    • Relationship building and customer service skills
    • New business development skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proven track record in sales
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
