- Job Title: Government Procurement and Acquisition
- Reports to Director, Sales & New Business Development

- Travel Required: None
- Compensation: $110,000-$140,000
- Research and monitor various sources for upcoming government contracts;
- Evaluate published RFP's and RFI's from Federal agencies;
- Ensure compliance with all federal requirements in proposal development;
- Create proposal content using templates and adhere to proposal-writing standards;
- Manage proposal timelines and submission processes;
- Work on pricing strategies and maintain relationships with stakeholders;
- Collaborate with partners/subcontractors and negotiate subcontractor agreements;
- Develop website content and marketing materials for specific contracts;
- Maintain records using CRM systems;
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Familiarity with government agencies' bidding regulations;
- Strong writing skills with a focus on persuasive proposals;
- Experience in expansion of business within government agencies;
- Ability to meet customer expectations and work effectively in a team environment;
- Excellent time management and decision-making abilities;
- Attention to detail and independent thinking;
