Job summary
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Cluster Orchestration team. As part of this role, you will play a key role in advancing CoreWeave's orchestration platform and defining architectural direction for the long-term strategy.Responsibilities
- You'll define architectural direction and own critical parts of the orchestration platform.
- Drive cross-org initiatives in scheduling and quota enforcement.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish org-wide best practices in reliability and observability.
