- Lead plant mechanical integrity efforts, overseeing inspections, repairs, and maintenance of equipment
- Drive performance improvement and ensure adherence to process safety management requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate incident investigations to determine root causes
- Provide training on process safety and mechanical integrity procedures
- Serve as Management of Change (MOC) coordinator and compile safety metrics
- Initiate and manage projects related to process safety improvements
- Engineering degree (preferably chemical or mechanical)
- Practical knowledge of industry codes and standards (ASME, NACE, API)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Job DescriptionThe Process Engineer will oversee the mechanical integrity and process safety initiatives for an manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with PSM regulations and corporate policies. Responsibilities include managing inspections, repairs, and maintenance of equipment, leading process safety programs, conducting risk assessments, facilitating incident investigations, providing training, and driving continuous improvement.
