    Job DescriptionDescription:

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Diesel Engine Head Remanufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and reassembly of diesel engine heads.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Disassemble and inspect diesel engine heads to identify defects or damage.

    · Clean, repair, or replace parts as necessary, according to specifications.

    · Use specialized tools and equipment to remanufacture heads.

    · Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure the remanufactured components meet required specifications.

    · Maintain documentation of all work performed on each unit.

    · Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    · Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues.

    · Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    People Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Provide leadership through example and sharing of knowledge/skill

    · Communicate effectively, both written and oral, with all members of your team and across the organization

    · Lead, develop and maintain a professional rapport with the entire Blaine team

    Requirements:

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

    · Highest attention to detail and willingness to provide support at all levels to get the job done

    · Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience as a diesel engine technician, or similar role.
    • Knowledge of diesel engine components, especially head.
    • Proficiency with hand tools and machining equipment.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Attention to detail and precision.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer

    · Ability to repeat motions

    · Ability to lift and carry to 50 lbs.
