    Job Description:


    LHH is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our client's diverse workforce.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and a passion for driving employee development initiatives.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives that align with organizational goals.

    Design and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and instructor-led workshops, tailored to various learning styles and cultural backgrounds.

    Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring an interactive and inclusive learning environment.
    Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, performance metrics, and participant assessments, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

    Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches into training initiatives.

    Serve as a resource for employees seeking professional development opportunities, providing guidance on career paths, skill development, and educational resources.

    Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization, promoting a growth mindset and commitment to personal and professional development.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, or learning and development roles.
    Proficiency in

    Spanish or Mandarin , with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
    Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
    Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia software preferred.
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
    Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends and best practices.
