- Perform routine technical maintenance and operational support to guarantee equipment functionality and reliability.
- Manage patch management, software upgrade processes, troubleshoot complex issues, develop software solutions, characterize faults, perform remote maintenance troubleshooting, update firmware, and implement other upgrades as needed.
- Draft requests for Authorities to Operate for mission equipment to be operated, managed, and maintained on client networks.
- Conduct CONUS and worldwide OCONUS travel tasks when required.
- Evaluate current and future TSCM equipment, documenting its functionality, limitations, and executability of stored equipment.
- Completion of the TSSC Fundamental Course at the Inter-Agency Training Center in Fort Washington, Maryland, with certification to conduct Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM).
- Graduation from the Department of Defense or Federal Counterintelligence/Law Enforcement Badge & Credentialing School.
- Retention of Information Assurance Technician Level II certification.
- Acquisition of network traffic analysis training utilizing Packet Capture (PCAP) data and analysis tools within one year of employment.
- 10 years of experience in the installation, analysis, and operation of semi-automated receivers, antenna port switchers, small networks, direction-finding tools, and software.
- Decade-long experience in patch management, software upgrade management, network troubleshooting, software development, fault characterizations, remote maintenance troubleshooting, and firmware upgrades for semi-automated receivers and antenna port switchers.
- Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Possession of a current U.S. Passport.
- Normal hearing capability of 30 decibels or better in both ears in the 500, 1000, and 2000 Hz ranges.
- Correctable vision to 20/20, distant and near, through normal vision or corrective measures.
- Normal color vision.
