    Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Facilities Services, the Assistant Director of Systems Administration and Client Support supervises the day-to-day operation of Client Services and oversees the management of the organization's various systems and servers.

    This position supports the ability of divisional leaders to provide maintenance, custodial, and landscaping services to the campus community through the functionality of the work order system FAMIS 360.

    The Director of Systems Administration and Client Support Services has responsibility for the implementation, management, and administration of all Facilities Services systems and is the liaison with the campus IT department when support is needed.

    Additionally, this position oversees the Asset Management Program and the team who are responsible for annual routine assessments of campus building assets (currently nearly 7,000) managed by Facilities Services.

    The full salary range for the Assistant Director is $78,700 - $145,100 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $125,000 annually.

    We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
