    Director of Nursing

    Location:
    San Antonio, TX


    Our Mission:

    We are looking for a visionary Director of Nursing to provide leadership and support to our Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).

    This critical role encompasses overseeing all nursing and designated patient care functions within our organization, spanning multiple units.

    As a key member of our leadership team, youll be entrusted with the mission to ensure exceptional nursing care, staff competency, and efficient resource management.


    Your Role:
    Assist in evaluating and shaping the nursing practice strategy and operations.
    Take on the responsibility for 24/7 management of the Director's assigned areas.
    Uphold and promote high standards of nursing care and patient safety.
    Act as a role model, mentoring staff and advocating for nursing excellence.


    Your Impact:
    Forge strong bonds with clients, anchored by professionalism and expertise.
    Offer sound legal counsel in the sphere of disputes.
    Represent clients across state and federal courts, as well as mediations and arbitrations.
    Analyze complex legal issues thoroughly and methodically.
    Foster growth within the practice group and enhance our presence in the legal community.

    Essential Qualifications:

    Education:

    Associate degree in Nursing and a bachelor's in a health-related field or BSN (required), MSN or a masters in a health-related field (preferred).


    Experience:
    Minimum 2 years of progressive leadership in a hospital setting.

    Certifications:
    Current nursing practice license and CPR certification.
