    Posi ti on:

    Splunk Adminstrator 5 years experince Procurement of this professional service supports and enhances exis ti ng Splunk capabili ti es to directly support USTRANSCOM Cloud and Zero Trust ini ti a ti ves.

    The personnel is required to provide USTRANSCOM personnel with guidance and support to the most current/accurate informa ti on in the following areas:

    Support development of CIM; Develop analy ti cs to maintain secure infrastructure/applica ti on baseline; implement CIM add-ons to include data models, documenta ti on, and support tools; real ti me query/ti support of indexed data; adaptable interfaces to support custom/DoD mandated analy ti cs and orchestra ti on; and vendor experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) to ensure advice is relevant given DoD policies and regula ti ons.

    Required Experience

    Architect:
    o 10 years' experience with Command, Control, Communica ti ons, and Computer (C4) systems infrastructure o 10 years' experience with implemen ti ng CIM add-on within Splunk

    Admin:
    o 5 years' experience with Command, Control, Communica ti ons, and Computer (C4) systems infrastructure o 5 years' experience with implementing CIM add-on within Splunk Posi ti on Requirements

    • Personnel shall hold at least one Computing Environment (CE) certification or certificate for the operating system(s) and/or security related tools/devices they support as defined by the contractor's cyberspace function listed in the table below satisfying one of the following categories: o So ft ware development (e.g., java, .net. C, python, Visual Basic, etc.) o Network support/defense (e.g., Splunk, Cisco, McAfee, etc.) o Cloud or virtualiza ti on (e.g., Azure, AWS, oracle, IBM, etc.) o Opera ti ng System (e.g., Microso ft , Linux, Solaris, etc.) 5. Applica ti on (e.g., database, backup, automa ti on, webserver, network, proxy, firewall, etc.)
    • Personnel is required minimum IAT-II level
    • Personnel shall par ti cipate in local training on USTRANSCOM procedures and opera ti ons prac ti ces upon arrival and on an annual basis.
