Job summary
The Account Specialist works in partnership with a brand's sales representatives to manage accounts and their order base.The Account Specialist will communicate and collaborate with sales, the customer, the distribution center and all departments included within the company as necessary.
- Efficiently manage assigned orderbook by entering revising releasing orders for processingProvide excellent customer service by offering product specification product availability information Assist customers with order selection customer requirements to meet departmental goals Proactively assist customers sales representatives members of management team or coworkers with inquiries requests for information or resolution of complex issues Analyze review process requests for return authorizations credit ensuring accurate invoicing for all purchase orders Demonstrate professional phone etiquette internal external customers answering inbound customer calls on departmental phone queue Acts support resource day-to-day activities within department assists special projects neededPursuant San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance VF consider employment qualified applicants arrest conviction records
