    Position Summary:


    With the direction of the Nurse Manager, and in collaboration with other members of the Patient Care Team, the Certified Nurse Assistant assist with the direct day-to-day care of patients and families of adults through geriatrics, plans, implements, and evaluates activities necessary to achieve optimal resident outcomes.

    Maintains an environment conducive to resident safety and recovery. Responsible for providing and maintaining positive interactions with every patient.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Required:
    High school diploma or GED. Completion of approved nurse aide training course. Enrolled in PA Department of Health Registry for Nursing Assistants. All staff must maintain active BLS (Basic Life Support CPR and AED training) curriculum.

    Preferred:
    Two years of acute care or one-year long-term care.
