- 5+ years of professional technical experience with at least 3+ years of experience as an application architect/engineer, preferably in a related industry
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect and Salesforce Integration
- Microservices and application programming interfaces (APIs)
- Highly proficient in programming languages, such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, , etc...
- Extensive experience in aligning application development with business need
- Superb organizational and time management skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Collaborate with senior managers to determine business-specific application needs
- Compile and implement application development plans for new or existing applications
- Demonstrate application prototypes and integrate user feedback
- Write scripts and code for applications, as well as installing and updating applications
- Mentor junior application developers and provide end-users with technical support
- Run diagnostic tests and perform debugging procedures
- Perform application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration
- Document application development processes, procedures, and standards
