    Our client is actively seeking a Legal Secretary for their Bridgewater, NJ office. This full time, direct hire position is currently in office five days a week.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Basic office and administrative duties, including typing and word processing, filing, calendaring, digital dictation, file and document management, scheduling client meetings.
    • Prepare, proofread and edit memos, legal documents and general correspondence.
    • Open new matters, including conducting conflict searches; billing; timekeeping.
    • Filing on JEDS
    • E-court Filings

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 3 years of experience with Family Law, preferred, but will consider experience in other areas
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and very organized.

    Salary: 50-65k, dependent on experience
