- Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of service quality by regularly inspecting setups, checking food presentation, and ensuring all service areas are clean and organized.
- Team Communication: Facilitate clear communication between the kitchen and the service staff, ensuring a smooth transition between different phases of the event.
- Problem Resolution: Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, finding effective solutions to ensure a positive overall experience.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, particularly in catering or restaurants.
