Position Title: Operation Manager - Plant Nursery

Overview: As the Operation Manager of our esteemed plant nursery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all operational aspects within the nursery. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily activities, managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining the high quality of our plants. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Oversight:
