About the Job:
Rosecrance is seeking a Recovery Specialist who will provide recovery-oriented, person-centered, and trauma-informed services. This role involves advocating for individuals, offering support in various settings, and ensuring program services are delivered ethically and legally.

Schedule:
8-hour shifts (3rd shift)

• Shift: Tuesday - Saturday
• Hours: 12:00am - 8:30am

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or higher education
• Professional advocacy approach
• Commitment to serve as a recovery role model
• Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
• Minimum (RSA)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral interventions for individuals with mental health disorders
• Knowledge of community resources and Rosecrance services
• Participate in trainings for CRSS credential
• Engage in events/summits that enhance consumer provider services
• Attend scheduled meetings and maintain confidentiality
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a positive role model

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting pay $18/hr
Shift differentials: Extra pay for scheduled shift hours

Work Location: Rosecrance Mulberry Center - Rockford, IL
