    Role Purpose


    This role will support the Funko LATAM Commercial team to drive profitable growth with our Distributors and key trade partners in order to achieve targeted sales and profit goals.

    To build strong relationships, deliver customer satisfaction, achieve brand and product objectives and excellence in operations and execution.


    What You'll Do:
    Support Sales Managers and develop and execute annual business plans with trade partners.

    Provide partner / account support, developing relationships with key clients by providing excellent customer service (fielding account specific calls, e-mails and information requests).

    Build positive proactive business relationships within Distributor / account functions (Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, eCommerce, Supply chain, Operations) and with Licensors.

    Work with local market Distributors / accounts to provide accurate and timely sales forecasting.
    Maintain open order workbook, linking with operations and accounts teams.
    Provide support on planning LATAM specific operational requirements – testing / packaging.

    Provide sales data analysis reporting (including key initiatives sales data and stock availability) to Sales Manager and customer to identify and report on opportunities and risks.

    Attend relevant account sales meetings / conference calls both internally / externally.
    Work closely with the Marketing and Planning teams on execution and delivery of key initiatives where applicable i.e. new product launches, FSDU's, Trade events, Toy Fair preview activity.
    Work with Marketing / Sales on regular formal business reviews with the key distributors and trade partners.
    Participate in product / brand knowledge training to learn about new and existing product lines.
    Ensure that customer records and information are maintained and updated.
    Be an internal LATAM customer "expert".

    What You'll Bring:
    Previous sales support experience with proven track record, preferably in toys or consumer products environment with distributor management experience.
    Highly energetic & exceptional communication skills.
    Good knowledge of distribution channels & sales support management.
    Results and team oriented, with strong customer focus.
    Strong negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills.
    Sound commercial acumen with entrepreneurial mindset.
    Excellent analytical skills and sensitive to number / financial analysis.
    Proficiency in written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
    LATAM travel may be required.
