    Job Title:

    Sales and Service Advisor

    $45,000 - $65,000 per year, effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Paid Benefits)

    About the Job:

    We are seeking highly motivated Sales and Service Advisors to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests while confidentially recommending products and services their vehicles need.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
    • Meet or exceed sales targets through strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
