- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that support business transformation across store operations, merchandising, supply chain, IT, HR, and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and field leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success measures-translating retail needs into actionable plans.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules in alignment with emerging PMO standards.
- Coordinate internal and external resources across Merchandising, Store Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and vendor partners.
- Monitor progress through operational KPIs and milestones; identify risks and adjust plans to maintain momentum.
- Deliver clear, timely updates to leadership and steering committees on project timelines, risks, and results.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility and cost efficiency while maintaining operational excellence.
- Lead structured change management and communication plans to drive successful rollout and adoption of new systems and processes at the store level.
- Serve as a connector between store teams and support departments to align enterprise solutions with front-line realities.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of the Project Management Office (PMO), fostering visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally within retail, grocery, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
- PMP, CAPM, or related certification preferred but not required.
