We have continued to grow and are excited to add another to the UST familyDelivery Manager OverviewUST is searching for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Delivery Manager.

The Delivery Manager will schedule all inbound/outbound shipments, provide leadership to our warehouse team and contractors, and strive to maintain exceptional quality standards.

This employee will oversee back-of-store operations with our client and warehouse operations for a newly starting warehouse.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for prioritizing tasks to meet expected shipping dates and maintaining a positive working environment.

Responsibilities(include, but are not limited to)

Completes and manages weekly reporting and deadlinesEnsures the loading of all trucks is accurate, efficient, and exceeds quality standardsKeeps customer service and shipping quality a top priorityManages a support staff depending on the locationManages deliveries for warehouse and back of storesMonitors KPI's to ensure a healthy and efficient operationOversees dispatch, claims management, DOT compliance, and invoices/settlementsOversees warehouse that manages all trucks in the marketRecruits and retains drivers and warehouse staffPay:
