    Bank of America - Enterprise Permissible Use Adoption Lead will be responsible for expanding the Enterprise Vision of Standardized and Centralized Permissible Use Control of Confidential and Privacy data.

    Directs, manages, plans and administers the operational and administrative activities of the Systems Architecture section. Develops, plans and schedules the development, introduction, communication and maintenance of the corporate systems architecture including the applications, data, and infrastructure architectures and assures that this architecture is integrated with the business area architectures and data governance. Assures that the corporate architecture is consistent with disaster recovery plan objectives. Develops reports and presentations on infrastructure products and new technology for all levels of management and technical staff. Coordinates the development of the overall project plans and timetables. Manages budget, monitors progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. Provides input on policy issues.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Plan, develop and execute an adoption roadmap to achieve the strategic data objectives. This role requires forward thinking and the ability to proactively adapt and evolve the data strategy and tooling as the delivery needs change.
    • Be a strategic thought leader to drive integration and ensure cross team collaboration.
    • Provide thought leadership based on the significant experience they have built through multiple software implementations
    • Establish strong working relationships with the impacted executive stakeholders to align all parties on strategic testing roadmap objectives.
    • Deliver critical messaging and updates in leadership forums as it relates to these objectives and support program leads in this capacity as well. Ensuring alignment and buy-in of the plan is critical.

    • Manage critical multi-disciplinary processes, high-risk components and complex projects that impact CIO wide risk management.
    • Positively influence peers, colleagues, managers, tech execs, release managers, AIT owners, testers, and developers across organizational lines to align to and adopt Data Discovery and Protection
    Required Skills:
    • Demonstrated expertise in solution design and testing strategies and tools across multiple technologies.
    • Designs architectures for an area or division. Builds the business-technology relationship through aligning business goals and strategy with technology implementation.
    • Ability to defines the stakeholders for their area and maps them to strategic objectives and requirements.
    • Ability to facilitates program/portfolio level planning ceremonies against backlog/ prioritized work. Manages risk/dependencies/impediments. Ability to answer program/portfolio level Agile/waterfall framework questions.
    • Ability to identify business/technical opportunities (product innovation, cost reduction, process improvement).
    • Ability to develop frameworks for solving a range of complex problems. Can foresee future problems and define resolutions/new opportunities.
    • Ability to package complex concepts into simple and easy to understand presentations for socialization with executive level leadership, Legal, Risk, Compliance and senior leaders
    • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and garner consensus from multiple partners
    • years of professional experience in technology delivery role of larger projects/ programs
    • Experience in planning and developing strategic roadmaps
    • Strong executive presence and communication skills both verbal and written
    • Ability to perform and excel in a matrix environment
    • Excellent understanding of architectural concepts, principles and best practices
    • Experience with SDLC and LEAN Agile Development methodologies, Test Automation, Test Data Automation

    Desired Skills
    • Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management and Change Management Policies, Procedures & Governance
    • Understanding of Enterprise Data Architecture (process map, linage, metadata, data quality)
    • Familiarity with regulations that specify a prohibited basis for data use (FCRA, Fair Housing, Regulation B, etc.)
    • Experience with business process design and practical implementation
    • Experience assessing and applying data control frameworks to bank standards
    • Bachelor's Degree
    Enterprise Role Summary:

    This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.
