Our BRAND NEW Manufacturing facility in Litchfield Park, Arizona is hiring

We are excited to hire skilled Machine Operators (Thermoforming/Vacuum Forming) to join our team at Jacuzzi Group, a leading manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, baths, showers, saunas, and pool equipment, known for delivering innovative and high-quality wellness products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate thermoforming/vacuum forming machines to produce acrylic parts according to specifications
• Set up and adjust machine settings, such as temperature, speed, and pressure based on products
• Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Responsible for changing the molds and adjusting gripping clamps to fit acrylic sheet size.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift
• Pay: $23/hr + based on experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of Machine Operating experience. Previous experience operating thermoforming/vacuum forming machines is highly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move materials as required (75lbs)
