    Job Title: Retail Team Member (UWS Seasonal)

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Team Member in our Upper West Side bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-level customer service and hospitality, engaging with customers and offering informed suggestions on our products.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Levain Bakery products, including baked goods, sandwiches, and pizzas.
    • Take initiative, ask questions, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues as a team player, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Remain calm and composed under pressure, utilizing excellent communication skills and a sense of humor.

    Availability:

    We require weekend and holiday availability from our Retail Team Members.
