We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for the New York City office location. This role requires a high enery individual with strong interpersonal skills.     Responsibilities:

    • Log received checks
    • Scan deposit slips and prepare deposits for messengers
    • Assist remote Bookkeepers in scanning checks and making deposits
    • Keep monthly report title page updated with clients' names and addresses
    • Create/update labels
    • Set up messenger/Fedex service
    • Respond to all administrative email inquiries
    • Assist with DocuSign inquiries
    • Back up reception coverage for lunch/breaks/PTO

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years' relative administrative experience in corporate environment; CPA/LAw Firm environment preferred
    • Motivated, self-starter
    • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to multi-task and prioritize
    • Terrific communications skills, both verbal and written
    • Able to work in a team environment, as well as individually
    • Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
    • Able to problem solve, thinking both creatively and logically
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
