- Oversee the warehouse inventories and use a thorough knowledge of the inventory process.
- Ensure safe receipt, storage, and movement of hazardous and toxic materials in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
- Understand the procedures for ordering, storing, issuing, inventorying, and disposing of a wide variety of supplies, equipment, tools, and materials.
- Operate trucks and forklifts to load and unload materials.
- Plan and organize storage areas, receive items into storages, issues, items, rearranges warehouses, transfers items between storage areas, o plans and conducts periodic inventories.
