    About the Role

    The Clinic Marketing Manager will lead the planning and implementation of clinic marketing strategies, managing team resources and collaborating closely with partners on Clinic Operations to develop aligned 52-week marketing plans.

    • Manage budget and resources across a defined segment of MSP clinics.
    • Develop strong relationships with key team members within clinic marketing, operations, and clinic staff.
    • Lead a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and oversight of marketing deliverables.
    • Work with the Director of Clinic Marketing to support clinic onboarding and integration into the MSP platform.
    • Support execution and performance of clinic marketing activities across multiple channels: email, SMS, social media, website, advertising, PR, partnerships, and local events.
    • Contribute to content creation across organic marketing channels, ensuring innovative, effective, and engaging content that appeals to the target audience and reinforces the brand.
    • Partner with Regional Operations to develop a 52-week marketing calendar reflecting seasonal activations and local highlights per clinic.
    • Collaborate with the Director of Clinic Marketing for global campaign adaptation, ensuring segmentation fit and accountability for deliverables.
    • Provide copywriting for email, website, and social media that reflects the brand tone of voice and drives engagement.
    • Source local support for marketing activities, including agencies, designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, writers, and event support.
    • Engage in day-to-day clinic marketing and brand support, including website updates, print collateral, signage, ad-hoc social and e-mail support.
    • Identify local partnerships and seek mutually beneficial cross-promotional opportunities.
    • Analyze marketing performance across channels, contributing to full-funnel sales enablement efforts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree in marketing or related field.
    • 5+ years of marketing management experience in a local multi-unit medical aesthetics or clinic-based business.
    • Strong digital marketing skills, maintaining high standards across social media, email, graphic design, and website needs.
    • A deep understanding of SMB marketing tactics.
    • Experience managing and building teams of marketing specialists.
    • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills.
    • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
    • A proactive understanding of unique business needs and the ability to develop bespoke solutions.
    • A proven ability to drive impact through cross-discipline integrated plans.
    • Proficiency in HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, and Canva.
