Informations complémentaires
Pionnière en France, l'association Jardins & Santé, association Loi de 1901à but médico-social et déclarée d'intérêt général, a compris très tôt l'importance des jardins comme espace thérapeutique pour les patients - enfants, adolescents, adultes - fragilisées par la maladie, l'âge ou le handicap.
Depuis sa création en 2004, elle a soutenu la création de 86 jardins et organisé 5 symposiums internationaux rassemblant des experts de la santé et des jardins.
L'association fonctionne actuellement avec des bénévoles placés sous la responsabilité d'un président et de son conseil d'administration.
La direction et la gestion courante de l'association sont assurés par les membres du bureau : le président, deux vice-présidents, un trésorier et une secrétaire, les dossiers étant répartis en fonction des compétences, des disponibilités et des responsabilités de chacun. Cette méthode de travail repose sur la confiance, la transparence et la rigueur.
Le développement de l'association nécessite la présence d'un permanent pour assurer le suivi et la coordination de ses actions.

a/ Assistance au président et aux membres du bureau sur l'ensemble des dossiersVie de l'association : préparation des réunions de bureau, conseil d'administration et assemblée générale (organisation, convocations, comptes-rendus).Suivi et coordination des projets et événements en relation avec les différents responsables bénévoles (appel à projet, manifestations, symposium,...)Suivi administratif et financier en liaison avec le trésorier et la secrétaire
b/ Maîtrise de l'informatique et des outils digitaux
Environnement Google (gestion des adresses de messagerie et des dossiers sur le DRIVE)
Plates-formes Hello Asso, Ohme et Brevo
c/ Maîtrise de la langue française et de l'orthographe.Qualités requises
