- FOLLOW PREScribed troubleshooting procedures AND refer TO technical manuals PART manualS change NOTICES AND bulletins modification notices etc. To diagnose And repair Equipment
- Show effective Customer Service skills BY consistently COMMUNICATING with THE district STAFF AND customers TO ensure complete CUSTOMER satisfaction
